These terms and conditions relate to the use of our website, our information materials and online purchases of our products.  By continuing to browse our website you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

BaiDesign.net reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice in relation to future sales. These terms do not create any rights to any parties other that the purchaser and do not affect your statutory rights relating to online purchase.

The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by BaiDesign.net, ordered through our website at www.baidesign.net.  By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that customers have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

You must be 16 years of age or older to order products through the website and by accepting our terms and conditions you are confirming this.

Suppliers

Kites ordered through BaiDesign.net are manufactured and dispatched directly from our supplier: Los Hermanos.

Payment for purchases is processed through a payment gateway: PayPal.

We reserve the right to change our suppliers without notice to you for future purchases.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents or text of the website, printed material or artwork in any form is prohibited other than the following:

• You may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only;
• You may also copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website www.baisdesign.net as the source of the material.
• You may take and publish, for non-commerical use, photographs of BaiDesign kites, but only if you acknowledge BaiDesign.net as the designer of the artwork.  This includes printed and digital publishing.

 3.0   Orders and Prices 

Orders for BaiDesign kites are taken via the online shop section of the www.BaiDesign.net website.   Statements about data protection, security, and customer information are given below.

Once you confirm a purchase, you will receive automatic email confirmation.  Payments will be made directly to Los Hermanos. Prices quoted are inclusive of tax but exclude shipping charges.  Shipping costs will be advised by email on receipt of your order.

Our prices are given in Euros as a standard currency.  Customers who place orders in other currencies should be aware that the price that they pay in local currency will vary subject to the conversation rate at that time.

All kites are manufactured to order.

Standard delivery is between 4 and 6 weeks from confirmation of payment.

We do not collect or store, nor do we have access to any information submitted through the payment gateway.  We advise customers to read the terms and conditions published by the payment gateway website.  At present we use PayPal to enable financial transactions, but we reserve the right to change this without notice to you for future purchases.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.   In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
